Raymond joined Blue Waters Wealth Advisors (previously Pension Builders & Consultants) in December 2014 as the Director of Financial Planning. He has close to 20 year’s experience in the financial industry, initially as the CIO and analyst of a hedge fund based out of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands followed by over twelve years working with individuals and small business owners as a financial planner and investment specialist. Raymond was drawn to join the firm because of the quality and independence of advice for clients.
He recognizes the importance of helping clients balance risk while limiting the kind of volatility that can sometimes make investing an anxious experience.
Raymond has designed multiple investment solution tools to help clients comprehend their financial future.
Raymond attended the University of Tennessee on a full swimming scholarship while earning an undergraduate and a Masters degree in Accounting. While he was fortunate to travel the world for swimming, his greatest achievement was competing in the Olympic Games in 1992 in Barcelona Spain. Raymond has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designation from the College for Financial Planning.
Lisa joined Blue Waters Wealth Advisors as a Paraplanner in November 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, starting in banking and then spending her last 17 years working in brokerage client service positions, helping to manage the relationships of high net worth clients.
Lisa graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
She grew up in North Ridgeville where she currently lives with her husband and two children. The family is active in baseball and softball on local, travel and high school teams. She coached her daughter’s teams for 9 years and served as the treasurer and board member for the non-profit travel league.
